What time will we be picked up?
Pick up times for tours from Cancun and the Riviera Maya are from approximately 5:45 am to 8:00 am.
*Time will vary depending on your hotel and will be confirmed once completed the booking.
What kind of food will be provided?
This little morning snack includes a package of oatmeal cookies, apple, banana and juice (pineapple, apple or peach).
What happens if there's an accident during the tour?
Your tour includes insurance for civil responsibility and accidents. Coverage only applies if the accident was not for personal negligence or for failing to follow instructions of the guides.
Can children swim in the cenotes?
Yes, though all children must be accompanied by an adult. Remember that some of the cenotes have depths of up to 50 meters.

Is safety equipment like life jackets available in the cenotes?
Life jackets, lifeguard rings and snorkel equipment is available at the cenotes for an extra cost, prices vary. You are welcome to bring your own life jackets and snorkel mask.

Is there a minimum age? What about child pricing?
There is no minimum age to join this tour. Infants under the age of 2 are free of charge.
For kids between 3 and 11 years old, Chil Pricing will apply.
