The tour departs in the evening and travels overnight, so this is the booking date. You will ski the day after you booked.

For example:

If you book the tour on a Friday, you will depart Friday evening and Ski on the Saturday.

If you book the tour on a Saturday, you will depart Saturday evening and Ski on the Sunday.

The journey from Sydney to the Snowy Mountains takes approximately 6 hours overnight. You will depart from Sydney in the evening around 10.45pm/11.30pm (depending on pick-up location and arrive in the mountains early the next morning).

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks to enjoy on the bus. However, for the comfort of other passengers, the operator does not allow hot drinks or hot food on board as the odour quickly spreads throughout the coach. Instead, there will be a dinner stopover on the journey back to Sydney where you can enjoy a hot meal. 

Please ensure any drinks brought with you are non-alcoholic, as the consumption of alcohol is not permitted on board the coach. For safety purposes, any drinks in glass bottles are also not allowed on board.
