The Hidden Falls tour is a popular half-day trip and is ideal for those who are new to canyoning or for those who are already familiar with the activity. 

Yes and no, depending on your level of confidence in the water. It is definitely more enjoyable that you can swim. However, if you are confident in the water and not a strong swimmer, give the Operator a call, and they will be happy to discuss this further with you.

Yes, you can! If you wear contact lenses, it's a good idea to keep your eyes closed under water and to bring along another pair, just in case. The Operator recommends if you are wearing glasses, that you take a hard case with you. They can provide a strap for you to tie them around your head to help them stay in place.
